1.Why choose AceMining’s portable door locks?

The AceMining’s upgraded portable door lock with two different sizes of locking holes: 0.78 inches fitting normal doors, 1.2 inches fitting doors with larger bolts.

2.How to use the portable door lock?

Step 1 Insert the claws into the door lock.

Step 2  Close the door.

Step 3 Insert the metal nob into the bottom of the heart-shaped hole near the lock.

Step 4 Install the red plate onto the metal piece.

About Order

1.Can I amend my order?

Our staffs work speedily to get all orders processed and shipped out,therefore we are unable to change anything once order have been processed, such as shipping details, quantity of item and color.

Please make sure all the information is correct when you checkout.

2.After I place an order, how long will it take to ship?

Generally, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed. Some out-of-stock items may be delayed by 2-3 days. Please understand.

3.When can I get the parcel?

It will take 7-14 days for shipment on normal situation. Actually we are unable to control the shipping speed, it depends on destination country handling time.

4.Can I exchange or return my order?

It is a pity that we do not provide exchange service for anyone. If  your order have any faulty or issue,  contact us within 24 hours once you get the parcel.

5.Faulty goods

If the goods have any faulty and issue with your order when you get the parcel,contact us within 24 hours!
